Description

Z11 is a small, cosy one-storey house with a simple structure which makes the house inexpensive to build and use.

The lack of internal structural walls enables any interior design, depending on the needs of its users. The composition of the elements of the elevation allows you to create any look of the house. The building body may be traditional or modern (modest details, windows without division, texture of the walls).

We optimally designed a small house area. We partly divided the living room using folding doors. During the day, it is a part of the large day room, whereas at night can be used as a separate bedroom annexe. In this design we also anticipated two separate rooms so that even a four-person family could live in the presented house. In both porch and hall there is space for capacious build-in wardrobes.
