Zx35 is a modern one-storey house with a flat roof. It is innovative thanks to the simple body, parts of the roof hidden behind the attic and big glazings in the living room. White, plastered elevation and wooden facings fantastically complete the modern style.
The main part of the house is a spacious, bright living room with a fireplace in the corner. Big surfaces of the glazings cause that the room is naturally lit. Sliding glass door lead to a commodious terrace. The dining room is functionally fit in a part of the living room. A comfortable kitchen has a passage from the larder to the entrance hall and that makes carrying the shopping easier, without passing trough the elegant living room.
The rest of the house contains three cosy bedrooms, which might be separated out of the day zone, e.g. by a sliding door. The biggest one has its own bathroom with a shower, lit by two windows. A big wardrobe in the entrance hall would surely fit all the necessary things. The house, with its compact body, may be developed into an energy-saving one.
